Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic known for its exceptional combination of mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties. It offers high tensile strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability, while withstanding continuous temperatures up to 250°C and short-term peaks around 300°C. PEEK is highly resistant to chemicals, wear, and hydrolysis, with low moisture absorption, making it suitable for harsh environments. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and can be sterilized, making it ideal for medical, aerospace, automotive, electronics, and chemical processing applications. PEEK can be processed through injection molding, extrusion, machining, and 3D printing, offering versatility for precision and high-performance components.

Our impact modifier based on SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) and SBES/SEBS (Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene) are thermoplastic elastomer impact modifiers used to improve the toughness, flexibility, and impact strength of plastics like PP, PS, and ABS; SBS is a styrene–butadiene block copolymer that offers good elasticity, clarity, and cost-effectiveness but has lower resistance to heat, UV, and aging, whereas SBES/SEBS is a hydrogenated version of SBS with a more stable ethylene-butylene structure, providing superior heat resistance, weatherability, and long-term durability, making SBS suitable for general-purpose applications like footwear and adhesives, while SBES/SEBS is preferred for automotive, medical, and outdoor applications where higher performance is required.

Our POLYOXY METHYLENE (POM) with glass beads (POM-GB) is an engineering plastic in which spherical glass fillers are added to improve dimensional stability, reduce shrinkage and warpage, and provide a smoother surface finish compared to standard POM; while it offers moderate increases in rigidity and wear resistance along with better creep performance, it has lower strength than glass fiber–reinforced grades but maintains more uniform properties in all directions, making it suitable for precision components like gears, automotive parts, electrical housings, and pump or valve components, especially in injection moulding applications where tight tolerances and good surface quality are required.

Our CHIMEx PEEK GF30 Natural is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic made from polyether ether ketone reinforced with 30% glass fiber, offering excellent strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability along with high temperature resistance up to around 250–260°C; it has low moisture absorption, strong chemical resistance, and is typically beige in color due to its natural (unfilled) form, making it suitable for demanding applications such as aerospace, automotive, electrical, and industrial load-bearing components, though it is less ideal for wear or sliding applications due to the abrasive nature of glass fibers.
